Falcon Sprint CONVERTIBLE You often hear about a survivor car. One that has gone through the years untouched and original. We have been fortunate enough to have had several good examples offered on our website in the past but we have never seen anything like this little Red Falcon convertible. When you look at this car you think you are looking at a car that is two, maybe three years old. The car was repainted in 1992 and the convertible top was replaced at that time, other than that the car is original in every way. The car was won in a contest in 1964 from Mendenhall Ford in St. Louis Missouri. It was with the winner until 1993 when it was acquired by the present owner. It is showing 52,617 on the odometer. We believe these to be the original miles. All numbers match. The engine has never been touched except for replacing a water pump. A new exhaust system was put on in 2005. It still has the original spare tire in the trunk. This red Falcon Sprint Convertible is equipped with a 260 V-8 and an automatic transmission. It has bucket seats and a console. The car runs and drives as good as it looks. Everything about this automobile is outstanding. When you see this car you will find it hard to believe that it is over 40 years old.
