The Jaguar XK-E

The Jaguar E type, also known as the XK-E, brought style and performance together to create a mass-produced super car. The road-going sports car was conceived in 1956 as a replacement for the D-type. In March of 1961 the E-Type was officially introduced to the world at the Geneva, Switzerland Motor show. Many car enthusiasts believe the XK-E one of the most beautiful production cars ever built, its distinctive style and timeless beauty still turns heads today.
This 1967 Series I 2+2 Coupe is considered to be one of the most desirable by collectors. The car is powered by a 4.2 Liter (4235 cc), 6-cylinder engine producing 265 horsepower and has an automatic transmission. After 1967 the U.S. laws changed and the cars began to lose horsepower and performance due to compliance changes.
This XK-E is a beautiful driver. Not a fully restored show car but a car that can be driven and enjoyed. The paint is very nice and the interior is in great shape. See the pictures!!
The car runs and drives but could use some TLC from someone who knows what they are doing around one of these cars. This one has been setting for quite a few years.
Most Jaguar XK-E’s normally sell for twice what we are asking for this one so take a look and then give us a call for an appointment to come and see this great classic sports car.
